I could not recommend Kendall more highly. I was looking for a rental with a very limited budget in a more affluent area due to my work location, and I had a few very difficult parameters to navigate. She worked so quickly to find me available options in my budget and went out of her way to help me see properties. As a person new to renting on my own, she also supported me in knowing which questions to ask owners and what to look for in a property. I was originally prepared to go through this process on my own, but having worked with such a helpful and supportive realtor, I would not want to do this any other way in the future.  She is professional, efficient, supportive, listens to your needs, and also full of integrity.  She has been a blessing to me during this process.

We recently bought a house in the DC area and Omar has been plainly instrumental in the process.  We were new to the country and first-time buyers so this was a big step for us to take.  We could have not done this without Omar.  He has patiently guided us throughout the process, provided advice on key matters and gone out of his way to help us (he actually put us in contact with the lender that we ended up working with).  In summary, Omar has been a trustworthy partner to us and if we were looking to sell or buy a property in the future we would certainly work with Omar again.

Dean and Paul Yeonas are the best agents in the business. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and make buying or selling a home a great experience.  We first met Dean as a referral from a friend. He helped us with a relocation from Richmond to Vienna Va. On the first day of looking he found us the perfect house. By that night we had the home under contract. 5 years later we called Dean back to help us sell that very same house as we had yet another relocation. At this point Dean introduced us to his son Paul who took control of the home sale. The two of them had it listed and sold within 3 days!!  As we had already relocated out of Virginia during the sales process, they helped us with clearing out the home and all of the extra needs that go into selling a house from afar. We 100% endorse Dean and Paul. They are such great people to work with.

Dean Yeonas. 703-790-3330. No one in the business like Dean. Four generations of builders and former builder himself. Dean has a knowledge of the land, the architecture, and the history of property having grown up here. Dean knows everything there is to know about real estate because he started out as an ankle biter carrying tools for his father, grandfather & uncle. The Yeonas family built a lot of Vienna, Mclean & Arlington and are still building. Dean is NOT pushy. An article on page 42 in the December 2020 Tysons magazine article of his family shared why his family has been successful. "The person is more important than the sale". I've bought and sold properties well in the double digits both personal homes & investment properties - I've always used Dean.
