There is a renovated half bath with custom vanity and quartz top, pressure flush toilet, and waterproof bamboo flooring, on the main level for your guests to use. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms have their own bathrooms - also gutted and rebuilt with walls and floors covered with "Durock" and waterproofed with "RedGuard" and all fixtures replaced. New low noise fans were installed, and new custom vanities and quartz vanity tops and sinks added. All water supply valves in the house were replaced with quarter-turn ball valves. New hardwood bamboo flooring with waterproof cork foam underlayment was installed on both main and upper level. The entire interior has been painted with 3 coats of Behr Ultra Scuff Defense. The oak stairs were finished with a multi-layer (5+ coats) polyurethane to prevent wear and tear. All light fixtures were replaced with LED lighting, including a new outdoor motion activated flood light in back and a new post light with photoelectric LED in front. The electric service was upgraded from 150 amp to 200 amp and a new commercial grade Square D QO electric panel and circuit breakers were installed. All bi-fold doors were replaced with new custom cut solid wood stain grade doors. All interior door hardware was replaced and Baird Brothers oak corner guards added throughout the house. New hardware and lock on the entry door and a new glass storm door were added. Premium CertainTeed "Landmark" roof and new skylight added 6 years ago. HVAC system was replaced 5 years ago with a 10 year warranty. All exterior trim has been replaced with PVC boards, glued and screwed in place. Upgraded 6" gutters have stainless steel micro-mesh gutter guards. The chimney has been repointed and a new cap installed, painted with high temp engine paint. Out back is a private paved patio for entertaining and barbecuing, with a gate to your assigned parking space and a guest space for visitors. There is also street parking available.
