Soil samples were excavated and an analysis performed. Structural analysis has been performed and is continuing. The structural analysis includes footing design that will allow the addition of a 3rd floor addition over the entire building. A civil engineering plan has been completed. Structural, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, environmental, transportation, storm water, and civil are disciplines that are reviewed by DC.
