Soil samples were excavated and an analysis performed. Structural analysis has been performed and is continuing. The structural analysis includes footing design that will allow the addition of a 3rd floor addition over the entire building. A civil engineering plan has been completed. Structural,heating,ventilation,air conditioning,plumbing,environmental,transportation,storm water,and civil are disciplines that are reviewed by DC.
