Yeonas and Shafran has the latest computer technology including in house Computer Aided Design (CAD) program that allows creation of sophisticated floor plans (drawn to scale) and unmatched point of sale materials to achieve successful results in marketing properties.

About The Firms Principals - Dean Yeonas
Representing the third generation in Northern Virginia real estate, Mr. Yeonas grandfather, father, and family started building homes in the Washington area just after World War II. They have built and sold over 13,000 homes and are still building today. The family retains and continues their reputation for excellence, knowledge, and integrity that has been in place for over fifty years.

With over twenty-five years in many capacities of real estate sales, construction, and development, Mr. Yeonas' experience is unique and second to none in the industry. A native Northern Virginian with extensive knowledge of local properties, home construction, and land/home values, he is able to provide clients with exceptional direction and advice. He grew up working in all areas of the family business, which was the most thorough training ground possible.


About The Firms Principals - Jack Shafran


 

A native Northern Virginian and licensed in real estate since 1976, Mr. Shafran combines his knowledge of the area, his family's real estate background and over 30 years experience, in sales, marketing and management, to provide the firm's clients the quality of service they expect.


Mr. Shafran continues in his family's real estate tradition, which dates back to 1951 when his father entered the real estate business.  His successes include founding and growing many local and national real estate businesses, some of which are still operated by family members today.  All of the Shafran Companies are built on the highest ethical and professional standards that remain a principle point of focus to this day.
